"Jaime, Luis and their crew were excellent to work with on the stucco repair/re-paint on my home and the installation of a new picture window. Jaime made sure I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the project from paint colors, finishes and overall work quality before he could close out my account. I am in the process of hiring them again to re-do my roof and I feel extremely confident in their abilities, professionalism and integrity."

"Austin was great, upgraded our flat roof and replace some broken tiles that was found as well. Very professional, responsive, and great guy. Will be recommending to all our friends and family."

"Very professional and affordable. Work was completed on time and clean up was superb. Highly recommend Beacon Homes!"

"I have only good things to report about Advanced American Construction Inc. (AAC). The President of the company, George Chrzanowski, responded quickly to my initial email, and also to all messages that I sent to him while the work was in progress (I was going to be out of town for the major portion of the work). Before I left I cleared out all but the large pieces of furniture from the rooms, and the workers covered all of those things to protect.them from as much plaster dust as possible. The workmen are all employed by AAC, they are not sub-contractors. It turned out that when the walls were opened they found major water damage between the exterior stucco and the inside drywall, so damaged insulation had to be replaced and a fungicide applied. They also applied a waterproof coating around the windows and installed new insulation before plastering the inside, applying a diamond finish, and re-stuccoing the necessary areas outside. They then rehung the blinds, cleaned up all the debris, and outside areas that they had used for any debris, vacuumed up a lot of dust and bits of plaster, and left everything in excellent condition. The only jobs for me to do were to vacuum again (plaster dust gets into everything) and replace the furniture. I certainly recommend this company, and would hire them again !"

"We were very impressed working with Enchantment Stucco. They are efficient, professional, timely, friendly and clean! From the beginning of our project to completion they were a pleasure to work with. They paid attention to every detail. . I would give 10 stars if I could! Family owned and operated. The BEST hands down!!!"

"They were way beyond my expectations. Although we have a small home, we were treated as though we were owners of a large commercial company from the very beginning of the process. We were provided a written and very concise estimate. After approval, they conducted pre-construction meetings, and final project completion meeting and a walk though. Their product and service comes with an extensive warranty. We had the first phase of our roof (multi-level) completed during very inclement weather....18 degrees not considering wind chill. At every step in the project, the manager and crew reported exactly at the promised date and time. Phase I seems to have addressed the multiple leaks we were having. Phase II will be to complete the re-roofing, but we're waiting for more suitable weather. I would recommend this company to anyone needing roof repairs and stuccoing. They also do leak repairs to the interior of the house."

"Great. Couldn’t ask for better service, price or quality!"

"I spoke with Marcos about needing a roof after having some wind damage. He did an inspection along with the roofer that the insurance company sent out to inspect. I had T lock roof tiles and as missing a couple. Since those aren't made anymore I needed a new roof and it was also 12 years old so it was time for a replacement.

Marcos had his team out there within a week or so from the time I got the initial check from the insurance company. He asked what color shingles I wanted and then his men went to work.  He mentioned the housing around the swamp cooler looked bad and would need replacing and told me what it would cost and I gave him the go ahead.

Today is Tuesday and they finished a couple hours ago. My roof looks nice and have already had compliments from the neighbors and listened to the problems they had with their roofs. His team cleaned up everything and swept up everything and didn't leave a mess behind. I have a 5 year warranty and am a very happy customer. If you are looking for someone that will listen to what you want and deliver on their word then look no further.

Also his website (which isn't finished yet) has a very good mission and vision statement which he upholds.

"Alfonso.showed up on time, did a professional job, and explained what he was doing as he went along. Being a novice about Stucco, I learned a lot. Of nearly equal value was hat he did a workmanship job and cleaned up afterward."
