I had requested to have my home given a good spring cleaning from ceiling down. Jennifer and Paul, were very professional, on time. They had provided a quote prior to the service being provided. There was no additional charges, no surprises. They were very considerate on my dog. Ms. Jennifer, even offered suggestions on how a couple of my rooms could be better organized to provide more room. Ayca did a remarkable job designing the laundry room renovation project especially with our space constraints. She listened to the customer and made design changes quickly to keep the flow. Once designed the shelving and cabinets were customized in their facility. Next came the expert installer Romani who did a fabulous job installing and adjusting cabinets and shelving to meet some of our last minute changes. Finally, their plumber installed the quality faucet selected by Ayca. Overall the project was finished on time, within budget with excellent quality and workmanship."

"Because three people came we were even more pleased with the service and price. Two focused on the upstairs, while the third cleaned the ground floor bath and dusted and vacuumed the dining room, hallway and living room. When done upstairs, all three focused on the parlor and kitchen. It was a miracle. My only feedback is that all three were short in stature and my little ladder was in use, so a few things on the ground floor on top shelves (and a couple ceiling light fixtures) weren't dusted. However, overall, it was a great result and easy to remedy."

"Everything went very well. A crew of 3 arrived at the scheduled time and got to work right away. They carefully wrapped furniture and loaded them into the truck. We packed many boxes ourselves and labeled them with destination (room name). This made it easier and saved some time. Wrapping and loading took about 1 HR. The unloading and unpacking took another hr. The crew even helped to disassemble, then reassemble some of the larger pieces of furniture (e.g., bedframes). All in all, a great experience- fast, friendly, careful (no damage!)"

"I've used Academy multiple times over the years (garage door install) and have never been disappointing. Came out the next day after I called (would have come out that day but my schedule wasn't open) when it sounded like my motor was laboring- once the weather turned cold, it struggled to lift and stopped about halfway. Mario came out - he was great - didn't try to sell me anything like a new part or motor, but said I just needed to grease the trolley area and side tracks and spring (which he also tightened). Honest and gave me good advice for preventing this issue (if anyone reading this has similar issues, remember to use grease and wd-40 once a year or when the track is dry to save you a repair visit). Used the mailer $20 coupon which is always available. Recommend them very highly."
