"Update: on 12/15/2020 the Installation team lead by Brian, he and Dennis worked so hard to install 28 plus blinds for my home. They are so courteous and very professional and hard working to install each blinds and throughout the installation keeping me updated and informed. I think they skip lunch and worked to very late afternoon and they determined to complete installation. Brian is a very excellent lead staff. They are very organized and explained to you in details how they plant to install. Both Brian and Dennis are such great team staff. They made very neat and clean during and after installation. "We needed privacy film installed on side lights and transom around our front door. We were looking for a more cost effective alternative than replacing glass. Bob responded quickly and suggested the perfect film for privacy, light transmission and appearance. Mike did an excellent job on the installation. On the appointment day, he called to say he was running ahead of schedule and if it was okay to arrive early. It actually worked out better for me. He worked professionally and answered my questions along the way. The film was perfectly cut for the 15 pieces of glass that made up the lights and transom. It was done so well that it looks like textured glass. We are extremely satisfied especially since it’s the entrance to our home."

"excellent - we lucked out with Sam and his crew for painting exterior of our house. We got their estimate several weeks before but undecided. He called back fortuitously on the last warm weekend of fall 2016. We had negotiated initial price, but turned out we wanted more work than original spec. Turned out we got everything we wanted and they had excellent recommendation to paint gutter and fix rotted out wood on porch and window sills. It was paint and repair throughout and they did a thorough job. They got custom color that we wanted, repaired porch, scraped old paint from sills and replaced rotted wood framing for side door to garage. They did excellent job in scraping and painting our patio french doors which had water damage - made them look new. Neighbors remarked what a good job they did...it made the house look like new. Sam had great follow-up and so glad he persisted in calling us back up. His crew are expert in painting and repair. Definitely would hire them to do other jobs again."

"I had water seepage into my basement family room.  I noticed a musty smell and some black dusty stuff on the back wall near the door.  After calling Picture Perfect, they gave me an estimate to completely replace the double wood doors, re-drywall the back walls, remove the carpet and put in a laminate wood floor, paint the entire basement, replace the toilet and sink in the lavatory, frame and finish a separate room to hide my washer and dryer.  They installed new ventilation fans for both lav and laundry rooms.  They then graded the area around the entry and suggested that I remove the large bushes and trees near the house to allow more drainage and lower the grade more.  Adam, the on-site supervisor, really explained what I needed and was very thorough.  He made some good suggestions for the flooring and fixtures and the job was completed very fast and with minimal intrusion and fuss.  I am keeping Adam's business card and have already recommended Picture Perfect to my neighbor.  They were fast, courteous and trustworthy."
