"Our service technician was very well versed in plumbing issues. We had a couple of quirky issues with our new home-- one was murky or cloudy water at various faucets throughout the house. Another was warm water coming from the cold faucet late in the afternoon at the main kitchen sink. We suspected air pockets in the pipes was causing the murkiness in the water and that the pipes were getting warm from the sun in the kitchen. This was confirmed, but we went through a number of tests to rule out other possibilities. Our technician thoroughly analyzed our entire house, the products we installed, and then went away and did some research on his own on our water heater and other products or solutions that we could consider. We were very pleased with his knowledge and attention. The charge was more than fair for the amount of work and time he put into researching our problems. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? "Of the five businesses I contacted for estimates, I thought the Bonney installer gave me the most honest up-front estimate (although it was also the highest estimate). Some of the businesses would only give me over-the-phone low-ball estimates that were obviously just for the water heater itself, neglecting to mention the extra components that would be needed such as valves, strappings, expansion tank, and an electrical disconnect box, all required for the City permit. And only a couple of businesses, even one who came to the house, bothered to mention the required City permit. The Bonney installer showed up on time with all the required equipment. He removed the old tank and components, prepped the area for the new components, and completed the installation in about five hours. He also cleaned the area thoroughly when he was finished. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the results. It passed the City inspection. And I also think I got a better quality water heater brand which isn't available online or at discount big-box stores."

"Superior plumbing has saved the day for me on countless occasions. I hit a sewer pipe with a lawnmower because it was sticking out of the ground and hidden by overgrown grass. I didn't know what it was, and sewage started coming out a few days later. I had another plumbing company come out and quote me $30k for a sewer lateral. I then had Superior Plumbing come out since they had recently installed a sewer lateral for my parents' house for much less. They said a piece of the pipe fell into the pipe, causing it to clog. They pulled out the piece, then cut the pipe to the ground and put a concrete cap that said "sewer," so I wouldn't hit it with the lawn mower again. It cost $1700 instead of $30k! Last week, the landscapers hit the cast iron sewer pipe coming from the bathroom outside. I immediately called Superior Plumbing, and they came out in 30minutes, as luckily they were close by. They addressed the issue and returned a few days later to replace the pipe with PVS, which proved to be very affordable. I then had them return to strap pipes under the house and install a water pressure regulator, as the water pressure was 95 when it should be 60.
