"Carter said the work would take 5 days.Workers came on June 25,2006 and on June 27,2006. On June we had to leave for a lunch engagement and Carter and workers were there late morning. Carter said they were going to finish up the work that day , and he wanted the final check. I trusted him and paid the complete amount. When we got home it was raining hard and the front yard looked cleaned up. But then soon after we noticed that all the trees were thrown near the woods in our back yard! I notified Carter and he said he would stop by and look. He saw the mess and said he would have the mess cleaned up and taken away. For the next month he kept telling me he would come, but either cancelled or no showed. I sent several emails asking when he would come. He would say, next week. He didn t come. Then made an excuse that his truck was in the shop. Then he said the truck was fixed and he would come the next week! He never kept his word. I became so disappointed that after a whole month of his lies, my husband paid another Landscape company to take the trees and brush away. A month of promises and lies was long enough to wait any longer. He had his money, he wasn t coming back and we were tired of being told a date, then having him no showed. I finally told Carter we knew he wasn t coming back so someone else did it. He had no intention to come back. Itwas extremely isappointing. We just want the $400.00 he charged us for towing away what he never towed away!"
