"From start to finish, I have been dazzled by the level of service and courtesy from these folks. I begin shopping for someone to refinish the kitchen sink about three years ago. I located miracle method via Angies and they promptly gave me a very reasonable estimate. However, what with scheduling difficulties on my part and cash flow redirections, I did not get around to scheduling the service until a few weeks ago. Again, these folks were great. Cara picked right back up on the same estimate and got us on the work schedule right away. She was super careful and courteous about making everything as easy for me as possible. The refinishing process needed to be scheduled over two consecutive days, to give the new paint an opportunity to cure. Cara got me the dates and times I asked for and even called the day before to confirm that the dates were still convenient for me. The technician, Patrick, was at all times courteous, professional, and a real pleasure to work with. He called me before the appointments, showed up on time, worked for exactly the same length of time I was told he would be there, was meticulous about his protection of all the other surfaces in the kitchen, and even left the kitchen cleaner then he found it! He had a great attitude, even when having to work around the dogs. I have already recommended these folks to others and will do so at every opportunity. "Great! Dennis provided a quick estimate the same day he inspected the job site. His schedule was pretty full, but he was able to work us in within a week of letting him know that we had the materials (ordered windows) for the job. Dennis and Jonathan showed up on time and went to work immediately as promised. Their work is very professional. They kept a very clean environment, using plastic barriers that left very little dust behind--plus they cleaned up after working. They had to cut out openings through our brick to frame out the windows and they matched up the brick and mortar to the original professionally. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. We would recommend this company highly."

"It went so well and they did exactly what the contract said that they would do. Our contract was specific that left nothing to misunderstand about what I wanted done or they to do. They were working with 24 year old oak cabinets and were exact in matching corners & fronts of those old cabinets. It all looks so good. I worked with the owners daughter. The owner was very nice also. The carpenters were a pleasure to work with. They did their work and then the owner would call or text me to ask it there was anything that needed their attention. The payment process was excellent in that it was all done on Intuit and could come directly out of my checking account."
