We are a small family business that employs 5-7 employees depending on the season. We offer all aspects of arboriculture, lawn care. We provide quality plant health care at a reasonable cost to our clients. Work task proposals are based on time and materials including travel time for the crew to load tools and dump debris. We also have 8 acres of cut your own Christmas trees that are open in Nov-Dec. We have a large loyal client base that was built on quality workmanship and trust. We are honest with our clients about what we would or would not do to the plants on their specific properties. We generally have a 4-6 week back log of work. 35% of our work is commercial the rest is residential. There are many clients that we do yearly work such as fruit tree pruning, ornamental pruning, deep root fertilization, mulching. Emergency work will always take priority over scheduled work. After a major storm clients will have to wait until emergency work is completed before back log work is performed. The date we get confirmation on a work task is the date that is printed on the work order. We try to get the oldest work order dated tasks completed to be fair with our clients. Weather plays a very big part of work scheduling.

"BUYER BEWARE!!! The service from trugreen was tolerable and each year it has gotten worse. This year no one even shows up anymore to do the contracted service. They blamed the system then they ran out of excuses. And don't try speaking to a manager you have to go through their 1800 reps who read from a script and have to message a mgr which they tell you will call you back in 24 to 48 hrs. No mgr is available immediately to speak with. Then after 48 hours no call they tell you after having to call back to request a mgr again it is really 72 hrs. Needless to say still no call 72 hrs later. They offer free service for their errors and still provide no service. This summer they came in April for lawn service then after I called in July they finally did a second treatment and then still haven't shown up for treatment 3 and it's end of September. My contract has 6 services plus grub control application from April to Oct. Not even half the services were done. HORRIBLE customer service!!!!"

"NaturaLawn came recommended by the landscaper that installed our lawn. Unfortunately, they failed to deliver on their promises and failed to communicate effectively. Their product boasts a soil sample analysis is done. However when asking them when this would be done, they told me over the phone that they no longer offer this - even though their website advertises it. Next, they told me they couldn't treat any of the emerging weeds because the lawn was too new. Later technicians would tell me they couldn't treat because it was too hot out and we were in a drought. Despite this, their fertilizer did a GREAT job of helping the weeds overrun the yard. When asking them about this, they said they'd send a technician out to treat for weeds. When that tech arrived, he said he was unable to treat for weeds. Somewhere along the way, one of their technicians said they DID treat for weeds, and the office staff couldn't give consistent answers anymore - one telling me they couldn't treat for weeds because the yard was too new... And another telling me that they ABSOLUTELY should have treated the areas that were established...But for some reason didn't. NaturaLawn has a great inability to communicate clearly with customers. About the only thing they did promptly was refund the unused portion of my prepaid balance. Now, after switching to another company, the yard has been treated for weeds and unfortunately over 60% of the yard appears to be weeds as thats what is dying off. So thanks, NaturaLawn, for taking my brand new yard and destroying it."
