"Very high pressure sales. They were more interested in getting it done quickly than the quality of the installation. The aluminum trim around the windows looks good but they did not replace all of the old wood underneath I requested. They would put it over anything. They did not bother to brush off the sills before covering them or remove saw dust. Many of them were cut too small because they assumed all trim was the same size. They had to redo most of them and they didn’t do the bottom corner’s correctly even though I explained to them how they should be done. When they didn’t want to do something they acted like they didn’t understand me."

"Working with Pro Home Services was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor.
When we decided to replace our siding with the Hardie board, we interviewed and got estimates from all four preferred James Hardie remodelers in the greater Boston area.  Pro Home Services was the last contractor we interviewed.   We hired Pro Home after meeting with Brad, the business manager and Eric, the owner. 
Pro Home?s customer service went above and beyond comparing with the other three companies.  For the estimates,
two companies gave us hand-written quotes right at our house during the first visit and these quotes were the highest. 
The other company emailed us the estimates over 10 days later than the promised date. 
Brad made the effort to drop by our house; hand delivered the professionally written estimate, explained to us all details and patiently answered all of our questions.  We were very impressed with his knowledge and down-to-earth approach to our questions and needs.  In addition to siding replacement, we also wanted to replace the roof, gutter, kitchen window and sliding patio door.  I was very glad that I listened to Brad while I was trying to make decisions about which products to choose.   The window and door that he suggested turned out to be much better value and fit in the house perfectly then the more expensive products that I had in mind originally.   
 I am very particular about the color of the house and I had a hard time picking the right color for the Hardie Plank.  Eric has been very patient, very understanding and very helpful with my moments of indecision.  When I tried to work out the color choice with the other contractors, one contractor told me to go to Home Depot and buy sample paint myself, and another contractor just totally ignored my concerns.  In order to help us choosing the best color, Eric sample painted areas in the back of the house with the top colors of my choice.   I really appreciated Pro Home doing this, since the painted color on the house looks quite different from the color on the computer screen or the catalog.  Pro Home really helped me choosing the right color!
The entire Pro Home crew was very polite, efficient, easy to work with and respectful of our home.  It was a pleasure to have them around.  They paid great attention to details and the workmanship was superb.  In spite of bitterly cold weather in New England winter, they have been working hard and remained pleasant from start to finish.  
Also, very importantly, the communication was great throughout the entire project.  Once I had a concern with the
ongoing roof install and called Eric.  He showed up at my house within an hour and resolved the issue quickly.  The issue turned out mostly due to my lack of knowledge about roofing.  When we weren?t home, Eric would email or text us with photo snap shots of their progress.  The crew would always notify us if they had a question or encounter a potential issue. 
It was very reassuring that Pro Home made a strong commitment to quality and they took their work very seriously.  The crew cleaned up very neatly every day and the neighbors never had any issues.
They finished our punch list items efficiently.  The finished project is amazing!  Our house has been magically transformed.  The quality of work speaks for itself.  We continue to get compliments from neighbors and total strangers.  We greatly appreciate Eric, Brad, Sargio (the foreman), Eric?s father and all the rest of the Pro Home team for their professionalism,
responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile for their customers.  We would highly recommend Pro Home for any
James Hardie siding, roofing, window and door replacement projects!

"Generally, I was pleased with the work. There were some scheduling issues (scheduled to start on a day, but didn't read through the texts to confirm, so didn't show up that day), but once they started the work, it was done in relatively good time. There was a pricing issue as well, in that we had contracted to have the siding repaired and replaced, but we didn't notice that the estimate did not include painting. When we asked about painting, we were told it was no problem. Once we received the quote for the painting however, we decided it was too much money, and said not to do the painting (via phone conversation and via text). The painting was done anyway, and though the cost for it was more than we had wanted to pay, it was already done and so we were stuck with having to pay additional money for it (though David did reduce the cost somewhat, which was helpful). There was also a quality issue with the work. However, when we called David and told him about the issue, he came to our house immediately to work through it, then stayed at the house with his employee and made sure everything was corrected. I was very impressed with David's willingness to correct mistakes and make sure we were satisfied. I would hire Rhinosite again, but I would be extra-extra-diligent in any and all communications with them."

"I hired Alan to completely side my house (it was just wood shingles), It is a very old home. he did repair necessary before putting on the vinyl siding and rebuilding my front porch. he showed me where problems were and the different ways they could be addressed, i was thrilled with the results and gave his card to all who complemented the house. winds loosened one of the front pieces on the porch, i called and he came and fixed it when i wasn't even home!!!"

"Everything was excellent form start to finish.  Dan Casier came out and worked with us to draw up a plan to add on to our home.  His workers were there to start as soon as the weather cooperated. They were there in a timely fashion, always polite and professional.  The quality of their work is outstanding.  We ere very pleased to work with them!  If any future construction needs should arise, we will not hesitate to call Casier Construction Company."

"The two masons arrived at 9 o'clock and Bob, the foreman or owner arrived shortly after. The two men were very pleasant and started to prepare right away. When Bob arrived, he talked with me about the scope of the project and pointed out a couple of other things that needed repair. He corseted with the masons and we all agreed the work would take a full day. The Angie's list deal gave me two hours for two men. I agreed to the additional 6 hour cost for the two men. These two men worked quickly and efficiently. They were wonderful masons. They cleaned out each joint, vacuumed out any debris, worked the mortar into each joint and then cleaned around each joint. I have had this porch worked on before but no workers ever worked as professionally as these two men. I made lunch for them and I think they took all of fifteen minutes to eat it and then got right back to the job. They worked right up to the last few minutes and cleaned up everything so that the area was beautiful they carted away the old leftover cement. Previous workers from another company had actually dumped the old cement behind my garage. I was extremely pleased with these two men and with the owner, Bob. Bob said that at the end of the day, if I was pleased with the job to just call the office and supply them with a credit card number. I called and did that an not too long after Bob called to see if I was happy with everything.. I would highly recommend Neponset Valley Construction for any masonry jobs you might have but I will also give them a call when other household repairs and remodel work is needed.
