"Henry's got the job done quickly and for a reasonable price. Some extra work needed to be done like removing a cement area and bushes to make room for a wider paved driveway, and they did an excellent job. The driveway looks great, and I would highly recommend Henry's Paving!"

"G&B recently completed a driveway, sidewalks and patio with fire pit for us and it turned out beautifully. George offered several helpful suggestions for choosing the right color and stamping pattern to really tie the project in with the house. These extra details are why we chose G&B above the others. The crew was prompt on completing the projects as well as courteous and mindful of our neighbors during the job. Highly, highly recommend for any concrete needs."

"I used this company for a number of years and the overall service is no longer the same. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. I will not use them going forward."

"SCS power washed our house and cleaned the windows and skylights both inside and outside. Two people spent a whole day here and we could not be happier with the work they did. Both jobs were long overdue and the difference in the appearance of our house is unbelievable. The workmen were polite and efficient and there was no mess left behind. Would highly recommend and will be calling them for future work."

"I always had very clear communication with this company. They always responded to emails. Sometimes both the wife and husband would respond together. But they stopped responding when I asked them to halt mowing because I seeded. They mowed over my freshly planted seeds. I emailed them, they apologized, and I asked them to pause mowing again, because I was going to reseed. I got no reply and they came and mowed over the second seeding job I did, undoing work I did twice. They were upset I did my own work so they sabotaged it, then wouldn't apologize when I called after their second mess up. Go with professionals, not this company who does things emotionally and unethically."

"Mike at MAS was great. He and his crew worked 12 plus hours to make sure the job was done and Done Right. Wouldn’t take a penny till I was 100% happy. Filled any holes and seeded before he was done. Will have him back in the spring to do some driveway work. Dan F"

FAQs for asphalt paving installation projects in Fairless Hills, PA

Most driveways wrap up in roughly a week. Allow two to three days for installation, followed by an additional two to three days for the surface to cure. Concrete and asphalt follow this timeline, whereas a gravel job often finishes more quickly. Laying out the schedule upfront makes it easier to plan your week and your budget.

Sealer prevents water, salt, and UV rays from damaging the surface. Apply a fresh coat every one to three years, and you’ll slow down the growth of cracks, avoid pricey repairs, and keep the driveway looking sharp. A local professional can handle the job efficiently and ensure even coverage.

Material is the significant driver when it comes to the lifespan of a driveway. Asphalt stays strong for about 20 years, concrete lasts 30 to 40 years, and paver stones can last 50 to 100 years because you can swap out damaged bricks. With regular top-ups, a gravel drive can also reach the century mark. Knowing these timelines helps you map out long-term maintenance and replacement costs.

Repaving strips everything down and starts fresh, letting you change the layout or improve drainage before pouring new material. Resurfacing, on the other hand, adds a top layer over a solid base, giving you a facelift without the need for a complete demolition. Go with repaving when the base is failing; choose resurfacing when the structure is sound and you just need a new surface.
