"Excellent work, timely, everything you could ask for in a roofing company."

"Sinay roofing is one of the best roofing company I had business with. Had problem with roof that none of other companies could figure out ! During the repair, He was always on top of it and answer all the questions that I had even in nights. Sharon also performed the siding repair and he was great. He took extra time and perform repair that was not anticipated within the budget that we agreed on initially. Highly recommended to perform the your roofing and other construction needs."

"The entire job went fantastic. I was advised on what was happening at every step of the repair process. The project was completed quickly and professionally. I couldn't have asked for a better job accomplished as my expectations were definitely exceeded."

"They work quickly and do great work. They removed 2 layers of roof and decking on an upper and lower roof. They installed new decking for 95 percent of the roof and cleaned up all in one day. They were professional and very pleasant to work with. I love that there are warranties for both the parts and the service. I can rest knowing that we should not have any issues with our roof - and if we do, we can call Home Genius. They may cost more than what others will quote, but it is worth it. We bought a house where it is obvious they went with the lowest bidder - that is why the decking required full replacement, and within a year, the rafters would have required replacement as well. The only saving grace was the original decking was extremely thick. The only things that were not so great were 1. Lack of clarity on the fact that there would not be shingles on the lower roof because it is virtually flat; and 2. The discounts were for paying cash and a flexible start date. But we contacted them, and they immediately responded."

"Cabor is a wealth of knowledge. On time for each appointment, thorough inspection including video and spotted the issues right away with our roof and flashing. Answered all our questions-took his time and was positive. He is an asset and a professional. A pleasure to work with. Its a huge commitment to replace a roof and Cabor addressed all our uncertainties and returned our texts and phone calls promptly. ???"
