"I contacted 4 driveway contractors doing work in the Penfield area for a quote. With the exception of Perinton Paving, all others replied with a prompt quote. Actually, the other three were in a very similar price range. I then just went with my gut feel on who I thought would provide the best workmanship. I choose Tobey Paving and I have ended up very pleased with my choice. The rip out was performed on the predicted schedule and it was left for about a month to well age and settle. I could not be more happy with the final product. The owner was on the job site and I have never really witnessed a more dedicated crew on a project. They were very meticulous with every aspect and showed that they take pride in their work. The edges are well manicured and the surface smoother than any in the area. I consider myself a tough grader but I could not find one fault with Tobey's work. I really think they are presently the contractor to choose in the Penfield/Webster area. Additional Note: On a search before writing this; I see that Angie's List does not even bring them up as a contractor doing work in this area. I'm not sure what that is all about but I hope you find their reviews, and I had no issues at all regarding responses from them.... I don't think you will be disappointed with their work."

"We have a rental house and used Pittsford Paving last year, but they didn't come out to our house in Chili, so we used Magic Seal.  We were happy with them last year so decided to use them for our rental as well.  Pittsford Paving charged $120 and gave me a hard time about scheduling, but Magic Seal charged $85 and they were a breeze to work with.  You literally call, they give you a date, come and they're done in 20 minutes.  They have a great system both for scheduling and for sealing the driveway.  They have enough people that it gets done quickly and is easily cheaper than it would cost to do it yourself.  We really love working with them and the quality of the sealing material they use appears to be as good as what it was when we did it ourselves (before we knew better!). <br />"
