"My house was built in 1875. While it has been updated throughout the years, there are some things that need to be addressed. Crossfield came a couple years ago and replaced my furnace and my hot water heater and did a phenomenal job! So now it was time to do some insulation in the basement around the sill. Joe came and did a very thorough audit. He was phenomenal! I thought I needed way more work done than I actually did. Which, how often does that happen?!? He actually explained to me, after going through the house, that I really just needed the sill insulated. And he did it in a way that didn’t make me feel like I was being talked down to. Very, very easy to work with! So Tyler and Kyle came today and insulated the sill in the basement. They were fantastic! I was very upfront with Joe when he came to do the audit, about a fear I have with this old house.
