"I recently had the pleasure of working with Carl on a remodeling project, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial quote to the completion of the project, Carl demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. He got right in for the quote and took quick action to get the job done in a timely manner. Throughout the project, Carl was proficient, neat, and communicated every step clearly. The project involved fixing multiple holes and dings in the wall, painting, replacing baseboards, removing carpet, placing new flooring, and even changing light bulbs in a high chandelier in the entranceway. Despite the extensive work, I felt the cost was very reasonable. Carl's work was not only high-quality but also done with a friendly and approachable attitude. I would definitely use Carl's services again and highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable and skilled contractor. You won’t be disappointed!"

"Aaron was friendly, he communicate with me through the process. He was on time and completed my door repair in under an hour. I am satisfied with his work and would hire him again."

"My project involved replacement of some vinyl siding that had blown off during a winter storm. Trevor came to my home to work up an estimate, and was back within two weeks to perform the work. He and his assistant had the work completed in less than two hours. They were courteous and left the work site clean. He even removed some moss from my siding while he was doing the installation. The job was reasonably priced. I’m very satisfied and would recommend Trevor at Precision Renovations to anyone."

"Dave was prompt and efficient. He did a great job with our storm door replacement and offered great advice throughout the process. I would highly recommend him for any repair needs you may have."

"We were looking for someone to install a shower door. We received a call from Hyan Contracting within minutes of reaching out via Angi. Henry came out the very same day to look at the job and we had the quote before day?s end. The job was scheduled as soon as we confirmed the door we ordered was at the Home Depot. Henry picked it up for us (for a small charge) and installed the door within just a few hours. The door looks and works beautifully, and the whole process took less than 2 weeks to complete. This is a gem of a family business - they know what they?re doing! We highly recommend Hyan Contracting. ??"

"Great work. Had two decks built, 16x22 in the back yard, and 12x8 in the front door/porch area. Great pricing, quick turnaround from initial estimate to completed deck."

"The roofers were very considerate to my needs and my neighbors. They swepted up after each day and informed me and updated me of the various issues that they discovered as they went along. I would highly recommend this company for roofing and other projects."

"Ray and his crew did an excellent job on the exterior painting. They also repaired 2 window sills and the porch overhang while adding insulation as well. Ray is an honest, integral man that wants to make sure you are happy when the job is done. Not only would I recommend Ray to everyone, I also would recommend people call Ray for estimates on other projects and even the stuff he does not do. He will give his honest opinion and even recommend a few people to use. He is one of those guys it's good to know and be able to call anytime you need something. In short....Hire this guy!!"
