They put in a temporary patch until they were able to redo the entire roof a few days later (as the prior roof was installed incorrectly). Felipe was easy to work with and answered every question we had. The crew worked super fast and did quality work at a reasonable price. I also liked how he guarantees his work. They cleaned up at the end very well and the roof looks great. I would recommend All Roofing Eagle to anyone and would definitely use them again."

"In communications with RainDrop, we specifically mentioned that we needed to replace an asphalt shingle roof with metal roofing primarily due to the roof slope, and some other factors. A sales representative was sent out to evaluate the existing asphalt roof and confirmed that it needed replacing, but afterward, he spent almost an hour pitching various asphalt shingle products. He was clearly knowledgeable and knew his stuff about asphalt roofing. While the rep was friendly, he didn't seem to have as much in-depth knowledge or experience with installing metal roofing. We were confused about why a rep with more metal roofing knowledge was not sent out as we had no interest in the asphalt shingles. Therefore, we ultimately did not feel comfortable selecting RainDrop to install a new metal roof."

I'd already had 3 other companies tell me they wouldn't work on my cedar shake roof AND they were booked out for weeks. Carlos and his father Ahmed arrived on time, and after showing them the leaks and the house, they promptly hopped up on to the roof and took thorough photos and explained what was happening. I could see the issues easily with literally zero roofing knowledge. They told me what materials I needed and the cost which was reasonable. They returned in a couple days with the materials, fixed several issues in a few short hours and the leaks are solved! They are both honest, up front and answered all of my questions with ease and confidence. Carlos stayed in touch with me as well. Can't recommend these guys enough!"

"I had a 2nd layer put on about 12 years ago. It was suppose to be good for 30 years (I guessed 20) but the workmanship was lacking and it had been leaking in the valleys for a number of years. IDEAL was the last one to bid but in short time talking, I decided on them. After stripping 2 layers, they had to replace a number of plywood sheets as the old ones were disintegrating. Ideal did a Superb Job working around rainy days. They installed all new flashing, new vents and metal around all roof edges. Even the skylight needed to be replaced. "Ricardo Gallegos responded quickly to my request to bid on a low slope PVC membrane roof repair. His bid was reasonable and clear, better than several other companies. The Job: My roof was installed incorrectly around the chimney by the original installer which caused the decking underneath to rot out. Ricardo repaired the roof in September 2025 and I am writing this review in December 2025 after several very rainy days and am happy to say the job is holding up very well! It was a very pleasant experience working with Ricardo and United Construction, I highly recommend them!"
