"Not a good experience. I had this company clean my gutters and windows so I decided to try them for Christmas lights. I had them come out to my house and received a bid for hanging Christmas lights. I received a written bid but when they arrived to hang them there were issues with my brand new LED lights. But this was never brought up at the meeting for the bid. They wanted me to rent or buy their lights, but I decided to have them use mine and just put black tape on the bulbs that we didn't want lit. I was charged $100 more than the bid, they took off $50 to be nice. The take down would be more as well as that fee is half the hanging fee. I called and left a message with the office to discuss but they never called back. To their credit the lights looked great and were perfectly straight!"

"Response to my initial query was quick. Kevin the owner came and right away was able to work with my budget and come up with solutions. I felt he was hearing my priorities and making sure the work would be done correctly. We were able to schedule the work right after the holidays, and a crew of 2 efficient workers showed for 2 1/2 days as promised. The workers were super tidy and while I was expecting walls to be opened up as we discussed, they managed to leave without any needs for patching or repairs, which was on its own an added bonus. The office is great to deal with and very responsive to call or emails. I am super pleased with the whole works and feel so relieved that my house is now up to electrical standards. Thank you!"

"When Bill arrived we reviewed the projects and I asked if I could assist him and he was agreeable.  <br /> He fixed 3 wiring issues where I had not <br /> wired wall switched plugs correctly. He installed a light fixture we <br /> purchased, (I had removed old fixture). He removed and replaced <br /> 3 new bathroom fans with new quieter fans I had purchased.  <br /> When I had called to make the appointment ABC suggested we purchase the fans to <br /> save money and to have those ready for installation. <br />   <strong>That was great and honest advice from ABC- thank you. </strong> <br /> These fans all had to be "retrofit fans" (newer to market) <br /> since we have vaulted ceilings with no attic access to the fan areas.   <br /> I had learned about replacing fans by talking to the <br /> manufacturer of the old noisy fans and a call to Bvtn Pratt Electric. Bill <br /> from ABC said the research and purchases we did prior to him arriving made the <br /> work go smoothly and was appreciated. I opened boxes, had directions <br /> handy, and cleaned up.  I found him to be informative and he took the <br /> time to explain why things were working or not and what he was doing - <br /> so I learned a lot. Since we got done with the above list rather <br /> quickly, I decided to install the new ceiling light in the dining room <br /> rather than pay another service call fee. "I could hear the slight sound of a water leak near the sprinkler valve. It is not easy to reach as it is underground and you have to reach through a tube to get to it. TJ showed up as scheduled, assessed the situation and quickly identified the issue. He said he would have his " guy in the van" who had the right tools to dig down to it come out next day and repair it. Next day guy in the van showed up right on time, fixed the problem and I am a happy camper who no longer has a water leak and it cost me less then I was afraid it might. :) <br />"

Always willing to offer ideas and thoughts on how to trouble shoot anything that came up. I was fortunate enough the timing worked out that Scott was able to implement all the design work in our yard - from the yard debris removal, lawn leveling, to hardscaping, lighting and irrigation. Their work product is impeccable and has completely transformed my backyard. The lighting alone has really elevated my house and at night, looking outside, it’s like an extension of my living room. I really didn’t know what I was missing until I’ve it had. I’m looking forward to the next time our schedules align to re-do the front!"
