Knapp made two visits with new parts, attempted to fix, then said they could not fix it. BUT, Knapp did not charge me for their time and labor. Zero. Pleasant surprise and quite honorable of them to do this."

He was thorough in diagnosing the problem, knew where to to to get the part he needed and all was done the same day. The bill was reasonable. Ridiculously expensive and we would never have agreed to have them out for the diagnostic, if we had know that that was the base price. We are very disappointed in this kind of bad behavior.
