He came out and repaired what the roofing company messed up. He also replaced the man door on the back of garage that again, i had someone highly recommended and that job was too big for him, but Dustin Adams corrected it with the new install. He saved me several thousands of dollars on a vent stack he said because it had surface rust, there are still 2 interior walls. He cleaned it up, painted it, and buyers liked how it looks. Dustin comes in a explains what needs to be done and doesn't give a vibe of someone looking to make a quick buck and not completing the job. He does clean up and I've used others that don't. "The owner of the roofing company contacted me and said he could come immediately (within 2 hours) and take a look at the problem, and give me an estimate of the cost of the repairs. He arrived well within the promised timeframe and did a thorough inspection both in the storage space over the garage and climbed on the roof to inspect an area there. He asked for the water hose be turned on and he sprayed the roof for several minutes. He then came down off the roof and said he knew where the leak was. He said the repair would involve both the flashing and one or two shingles, and quoted me a price. I considered the price, and thought it to be fair and agreed to hire him to make the fix. He said he had materials on his truck and could fix it while he was here. He worked almost an hour adding some flashing, replacing a shingle and doing some caulking. He guaranteed the repair for 3 years. We have had a moderate to heavy rain since the repair, and I have not seen any leak. I believe the repair fixed the problem. The owner left his business card and said if the roof leaked again to contact him and he would be out to rectify the problem."

"John Kelemen with Ferguson Roofing did a fantastic job. He came promptly, which I really appreciated because water was coming in through the roof. He examined the roof and took pictures of the source of the leak. When he showed me the pictures he explained what was wrong, what he would need to do to fix it, and how much it would cost. The repairs were very affordable and he went ahead and did them right away. If my roof needs any repairs in the future, I'll be sure to call Ferguson and request him. This is the second time we've used Ferguson Roofing--they replaced the roof on our previous home--and we were very happy with their work on that job too. I highly recommend them, whether it's for repairs or for an entirely new roof."

"Brian was the promptest in response time to my inquiry, was out to do estimate quickly, responded to my questions, sent written materials, contract, shingle samples and got work done within a week of my signing contract.  Did the whole job in 2 days, working on a Saturday to avoid tarping a bare roof.  Clean up was satisfactory and work crew was polite.
