Upon inspection, Dave said that no posts needed to be replaced. He did repairs on 3 posts & replaced the bottom trim on all 4 posts. He then repainted all the posts & fascia. I was so happy with his honesty,work & reliability (he kept all appointments, reminded me when he was coming & arrived on time) that I am contracting with him to do some other jobs around the house."

"Robbie was a life saver, as I wasn't sure how I was going to deal with the filing the two doors. He let me know the glass door didn't have a real lock but he could put one in to match my front door. He even suggested which glass door would be best (I have three.) He was very personable, friendly, helpful, and willing to do the extra job that suddenly came up without a fuss. He spent a few hours making sure he covered all the bases and that I was satisfied. He even phoned me cause he saw me lingering at the front door lock when he was pulling away to make sure everything was okay. (I was actually trying to take the combination key lock off the door which had nothing to do with the work he did.) You can imagine how exhausted my husband and I are with this big move, and to have someone come in and take something unexpected off our list with such attention to detail was just amazing! "If you want your in-ground basketball hoop installation to be done correctly, Brad is your guy! He is very knowledgeable about a myriad of basketball hoop brands due to his level of experience. I wanted to surprise my boys & replace their old hoop that looked like it was from The Walking Dead. LOL! He was very patient with my MANY questions. After a ton of research, I decided to go with the Ironclad which can handle dunking & also has an adjustable height. Brad & his crew came out on time & began the removal of the existing hoop after explaining the process. They dug a deep hole and poured lots of cement to make sure that the new hoop wouldn't wobble. The end result was simply mind-blowing! My boys were amazed & even a few neighbors asked for his business card. They were very professional & left nothing behind. I'm so glad that I decided not to go with a local retailer's third-party installer. I definitely will be doing business with Tri-State Assembly in the future."

"Silvio was very prompt when we requested an estimate for the repair of our deck. We needed several floor boards and some top boarding replaced. Silvio also recommended that the lattice work we had up could be replaced since we had trees to give us the privacy we wanted. We we agreed upon the estimate and he was to work the following day with the appropriate wood. He also helped us pick a new color for the staining, recommending several changes.  He was always prompt and cleaned up every day after he was finished. When the deck was completed, it looked new and gave out backyard and fresh look.  We are planning on using Silvio for further work on some repairs around our house. <br />"
