"We had a clogged pipe. Logan came out as part of their 93 or free deal they had for clogs. Logan was professional and did excellent work. He had to remove the toilet to clear the clog, which was discussed ahead of time and a reasonable fee on top of the 93. Clog was cleared and all went great!"

"Terrible service and experience. AVOID. UNRELIABLE. SCAMMERS. They canceled on me at the last minute, then tried to cancel on me again a week later until I complained. Then someone shows up LATE and did a visual inspection to assess that my furnace is extremely old, everything is faulty or falling apart, likely can not be fixed because parts may not be available, recommends a entirely NEW furnace replacement. Since it is such a HUGE commitment, I declined. I called someone else, they came, fixed it ALL within 30min and said everything is working great. INCOMPETENT SCAMMERS!!"

Technician Colby determined we still have some knob and tube wiring that was causing LED lights not to work consistently. He also checked our electrical outlets and other light fixtures and determined most of the rest of our wiring is ok. He was here to troubleshoot. Someone will need to return to do the work later."

The tech also told me to call Mountlake location ask for discount for all that trouble. I have spoke to someone named Leslie (very sweet lady) about the potential discount and she was supposed to return my call after talking to a manager but never heard back. So, I called again later the day and someone name Gloria answered the phone and so I told her that I was just following up with the discount I was asking about and she straight up said "So why would we give you discount?" in a very rude tone. She was very unprofessional and a big Liar. She told me that they had no managers today but I told her that I was told earlier that the managers were just in a meeting and she was like well let me call the manager for you right now and I will give you a call."
