Making sure that any holes would be secure and not do further water damage to the roof, etc. until they could get the tiles for our roof and come repair it. Which they did. "I received about 5 estimates for a new metal roof at our primary residence - from the get-go, Victor (sales), was very courteous; knowledgeable and professional. After providing us with an estimate, he followed up with a visit with the owner of the company, Carlos - Carlos was totally a subject matter expert on roofing, especially on our requirement for a metal roof - he provided us the perfect recommendations on the type of metal roof we need and gutters. Based on their competitive price point, we signed a contract on that second visit.
