"The provider was called in the morning and he came by early afternoon to assess the stump to make sure he had the equipment to handle it. He came when promised (actually, earlier). He was the second estimate we received, and was less than the first, plus could get the job done within the week. He was also very knowledgeable and down-to-earth, which we appreciated. His crew came when promised (two days later) and worked hard all day taking down trees.
