Obviously they make more money on service calls than their loss leader tune up special. Pretty sure they were hoping our system would not work and we would need a more expensive service call. "Do not use this company! The have horrible service! Their technicians do not know what they are doing. They will never show up on time and will not keep you in the loop on what is going on. They took 3 months and charged me $2000 too, and never fixed my AC. Eventually, they said I need to replace it after spending all that money. They also left a huge mess in my house. I could never get in touch with anybody from the company or the technician."
