I have a fairly involved landscape, so I needed a pro team with a truly professional landscaper's vision. Every detail was attended to. Rob has a great eye for keeping what needs to be kept but trimmed and more importantly, has a great eye for what needs to be removed. Excellent value - the team was I can't recommend the more highly!"

"This is our third project with D&D and I expect they'll be our default for all future landscaping projects. Paul Doherty personally specs out each job and manages the project. The workers are professional, attentive to detail and unceasingly polite and friendly. Our most recent job hit a snag when the fencing that D&D had included in the estimate was unavailable because of damage from late-winter snowstorms. No problem: the workers built a fence for us instead. The change in plans probably added two days to the planned schedule, but there were no complaints, no griping about additional cost and no changes to the final price. Having dealt with many contractors over the years, I've come to appreciate how rare it is when they show up on time, complete the job to spec and charge what they say they will charge. D&D Mulch hits on every critical point. I highly recommend them."

"Jose was on time and finished 3000' of sod with mulch in one day. This included removing previous weed/grass and putting down top soil before the sod installation. The sod he put down was top rate, looks great and never had any brown patches. When all the leaves had fallen this year, Jose came back in removed all of my leave piles for free. the windows in and out. Jonathan also replaced the broken roller shades for us.

"Was scheduled to begin the work Monday morning and was told it would go for most of the day. They called Monday morning about an hour before their scheduled arrival to reschedule due to chance of rain in the forecast. Why they couldn’t check the forecast the night before and give more of a heads up is beyond me. They said they’d be at my home first thing the next day. First thing became 12:00 pm. After roughly an hour & a half they said they’d be back in “about and hour” as they had to pick up another worker to dig out roots. They finally returned nearly 2 hrs later, and said they’d be working until “probably 7:00” that evening. Around 4:45 pm they packed up their equipment and left for the night, without any notification. My neighbors even commented it seemed like they were barely there. Finally, after what I was told would be an all day job turned into a few hrs over 3 days job, they were finally “finished”. Upon arriving home, I saw they had cut down the other 4 bushes/trees I had wanted out, but did not dig them out. There was a note left on my door; "Those roots are too deep for what was quoted. You need to pay us more to dig them out." The quality of the completed work was very good. Their lack of customer communication and sticking to an agreed schedule was extremely frustrating."

This included removing a shed, cement slab and brick steps and dismantling and filling in a very large in ground pool.
