"After a 4-month remodel on my home with a contractor that was “frustrating “ to say the least, I hired Coastal Pavers for my front and back yard project. I was suspect that any contractor would perform as promised, after my experience w my remodel. I was referred to several companies, interviewed / got quotes from 3. I landed on Coastal Pavers. Steve was fantastic from start to finish. The communication was above and beyond. The final product is exceptional!!! I wish I could spend ALL my time outside. Steve and his team- 1- completed in the time frame they said they would. 2- contacted me for “my thoughts” on the progress- 3 -any changes or small delays (delays were me wanting more done) were accommodated without a complaint. 4- stayed within my budget and were fair with everything. I would refer this group to anyone. The work is exceptional but the communication was what I needed. My remodel contractor will it be getting a positive review. Steves team deserve every accolade put at them."

Included was removal of a lot of shrubs & grass, provided new soil, new grass with new irrigation system, added garden boxes, replaced landscaping wall caps & patio blocks, planted trees & pruned trees."

"Absolutely the BEST contractors we've ever worked with. The proposal process was excellent, they worked with us to find a product that matched our style and budget. The pricing was competive and comparable to most of the others, except one that was twice as high, we got 4 bids for this job. They had everything in stock and ready to go before starting, installers were here first thing in the morning and worked hard all day long and left the place cleaned-up at the end of each day. The project manager was on-site to check on the project regularly and was easy to reach by phone with questions AND when all was said and done there were no hidden charges or delay and it looked beautiful! I seriously have not had such a positive experience with a contractor before. I highly recommend install-it-direct Our project involved removing the lawn and driveway and replacing the driveway, creating a patio and pathway with pavers."

"Juan and his team work incredibly efficiently. They get the job done on time or ahead of schedule. If something doesn’t seem right, they fix it no questions asked. There are certainly areas of needed improvement, but I would definitely hire them again. Areas for improvement are: Cleanliness: I expect the job site to be cleaned up at the end of each day. We have young kids and unfortunately a lot of trash and sharp tools (such as razor blades) were left about the job site every day. Quality: While they would fix things that were pointed out, the finish work or craftsmanship lacks finesse. Things like turf edging, walls, and pathways not being straight. Something I’m frankly surprised was so prevalent even after I expressed the importance of this on multiple occasions. Ground cover installed very thin so weed barrier still shows through in many places. I’m grateful for all the hard work and I would encourage the above points to be improved to strengthen the business and quality."

"Kent not only provided us a solution, but also restored our sanctuary. He readily took on a remediation project to restore flagstone in our patio area affected by a re-routed buried gas line. Where we were already overwhelmed with the complexity of the task (and the distress from the gas line leak), Kent reassured us that he would take care of everything. His extensive experience, coupled with his genuine passion to restore our space, was compelling. The attention-to-detail was seen from Kent down through each of his team members. Not only was it difficult to match the existing flagstone, but his team laid it in a way that blended naturally with the remaining patio. Each step seemed to have been done with the same care they would do for their own home—from the initial dig to expertly puzzling together the flagstone, it was flawless execution. Also, with their expertise with barbecues, they were able to also trouble shoot our side burners & gas fire pit. Kent is a professional; and his Zen-presence radiated beyond the project, and exceeded our expectations. To him, this may have been a simple job to restore our patio; but to us, he helped us to regain resilience from this whole ordeal.
