"Everything went smoothly. The communication was great. They arrived when they said they would. They removed 65 square feet of concrete from my patio and hauled it away. The jackhammer only took about 10 minutes and was not as loud as I had expected. They were only on my patio for about 45 minutes. They did not waste any time. Originally, I had gotten a bid from them to only remove 10 square feet. The day before, we changed our minds. D & A Concrete was able to provide an updated bid over the phone. They accommodated the increased scope with no schedule changes. Now, I have more space to plant a tree and native flowers."

"I am pleased to recommend International Brick and Concrete(IBC) and Rigo Ortez for all asphalt related work. My wife and I needed a driveway overlay due to severe cracking in our 20 year old+ driveway. We called and then interviewed a number of contractors from the area, none of whom were particularly responsive and all of whom were a bit evasive regarding price, specific work to be done and timing. We each separately described our feelings about these contractors as “sketchy”. Rigo was immediately different – he was obviously professional and directly answered all questions.
