After seeing for ourselves the quality of workmanship, the improvements to ‘flow and functionality’ and the overall aesthetic appeal, we decided to give Rohan a call. Boy are we glad we did! Upon meeting Rohan for the first time we were shown the same optimism, knowledge through experience, flexibility of thought and dedication to quality that would continue straight through to the end of our multi-week project. His proposal/estimate covered all our wants and needs while fitting within our budget. The job was a total re-do and from floors to walls to counters to cabinets to plumbing to electrics and all were handled by Rohan and his team with time honed skill. The work was done in a timely fashion without ever leaving us wondering where people were or what they were going to be doing each step of the way. Every eventual ‘architectural surprise’ was met with candor, budgeted creativity and a hearty “no problem!” In the end our home was transformed ergonomically, aesthetically and affordably into a beautiful space where family and friends gather in happiness and in harmony with their surroundings. Prices were reasonable compared to other estimates as well-"

"Our deck caught fire last summer and we contracted Chris Heinz to do the rebuilding and replacement of our fire-damaged exterior. Chris was wonderful to work with! He worked with our insurance company tirelessly and also kept us informed every step of the way. He and his crew removed our old deck and siding, and built a new deck, a landing and stairs off our kitchen, installed a new sliding door and four windows, replaced our siding and trim, and installed new outdoor lighting. There were a few delays due to the pandemic and materials being readily unavailable from one of the manufacturers, but the timeframe was reasonable given the circumstances. Chris and his crew did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier. We love our beautiful new deck and the new siding and trim. We get so many compliments from our neighbors and passers-by! We will definitely go to Chris next time we need work on our house and recommend him to everyone!"

They listened and understood what I wanted for my dream kitchen . Duncan, presented me with options for my kitchen to meet my budget . Although ,I chose the latter which was to have my dream kitchen and decide not to bend on that. Sam was thorough with all the final walk through and made sure I was happy before leaving my house. Attention to detail was what I appreciated most with the whole process . I felt safe in the sense where my kitchen would not be left unfinished midway .
