"Aaron was prompt (actually got there early), professional and pleasant. We had an accepted contract on an investment property and he was checking it out to see what items would need addressing. I had also asked an electrician to go through the house the next day to give me a quote on what it would cost to bring the place up to code. The electrician did catch one item that was against code that Aaron had missed (the thermostat wire was run along with -inside- a duct vent) BUT the house was built in 1958 and he had a lot of ground to cover. The inspection took over three hours- he was thorough. He left radon testing in place and had to follow up in a few days to pick it up and send off for testing.
