"BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This company is all about getting their $99.00 for the estimate, selling you an annual service fee and then quoting exuberant prices. Not really sure if they really care about doing the actual plumbing work. Recently gave me an estimate for a job of $500. Learned later after from another plumber that what they wanted to do was actually not correct AND should have cost no more than $250. Had I used Fayette Heating / H20 Mastero, I would have paid $600 for a job done incorrectly. At least the 99.00 I paid kept me from damaging my house further. There are a lot of reputable plumbers in Lexington. Suggest you look elsewhere"

With over 30 years, I have done just about everything in the construction field. Our company value is to fully understand what the customer wants. Then, work with them to offer the best product and service possible. Nobody wants to do something twice or not be happy with the final product.
"Bob Dallas did a great job for me he helped me so much and he answered all of my calls he was on top of everything going on I would highly recommend them excellent work and communication his crew worked hard they turned a covered porch into a cozy room I love my room and the detailing they did on things I was so impressed excellent experience Bob D knows what he’s doing and he will help you make decisions I needed guidance I would do business with him and his crew for anything I need done in my home I felt very comfortable with his people in my house I could keep going fully trust this company. I hope this helps someone out cause things are hard out there thanks"

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
