We were interested in a certain color, and Jenny Schermerhorn sent over pictures and addresses of work they had done using that color shingle. We agreed to the price, which I found very reasonable, and were put on the schedule on 4/14. We were told they were about 8 weeks out so to expect a call in early June, about a week before our appt. They called to tell us they would be over on June 13th. Materials were dropped off shortly after that call. The day of the appointment came, and the crew was here first thing in the morning. Everything was covered properly, and work began. Foreman kept us in the loop as to what was going on. Very nice guy who I loved chatting with. Work was completed in the afternoon, and a thorough cleanup was done using magnets to ensure no loose roofing nails were in the yard. Its been four months since the roof was replaced, and we have had many storms with heavy winds and rain since then with absolutely no issues with the roof."

The rolled roof was deemed to be in decent condition and could accept a rubberized coating. Andrei returned a few months later to complete that task. Note that since it was a liquid product it was necessary to wait until the warmer months. Overall, Bel Islands Home Improvement proceeded with the project in a professional and courteous manner and was a pleasure to deal with, and all at a fair price.
