"We were looking to renovate just the shower section of a custom bathroom that was done 16 years ago. We went to the Bay State Bath showroom, as like so many others, we saw all the commercials, so we wanted to check them out. We actually met Jennifer Bylo while there, and we arranged for a home visit by Mike Doucie. Mike was excellent and professional, and friendly in his approach with us, and listened to our thoughts and provided many suggestions. He drafted a proposal and a layout for us. We then went back up to the showroom to really examine the products. We were sold. The team that arrived were super friendly, efficient, professional and easy to have in the house. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished product, and are so happy with the way the new shower features blend in with the existing flooring and cabinetry. Five stars to the entire team, from start to finish!"

"From beginning to end easy to work with. Adam was nice and informative answered every question. Came back almost a year later and fixed a few minor things no questions asked!! Love our new kitchen. Definitely if we do another project will hire this company back!!! Great quality!!"

"I hired US ProPaint and Renovation after meeting JR, discussing my project, and receiving what I thought was a fair and thorough proposal describing the work to be completed in 2 bathrooms. The team that worked in my home was professional, and they arrived on time each day. They were very careful to clean up after themselves each day. JR and his team also made sure, for each key piece of the project, that products were installed as I wanted them and that I was pleased with their progress. The team removed a vanity and granite countertops, installed a new bathroom vanity, installed LVT flooring in 2 bathrooms with transitions to meet the existing wood floors, installed new toilets, and then painted ceilings, doors, trim, and walls. The entire process was excellent and the best experience I’ve had with a company doing renovation work in my home. I’d use US ProPaint again and have recommended them to others."

"Showed up when he said he would did a great job fixing my bathroom sink would recommend to my friends"

"Excellent job done by Chicago and Anderson. I will hire them again for another project. They were very polite, efficient and great at keeping us informed about what was happening as they progressed with the job. They installed a new bathroom vanity and large mirror. They know how to deal with small glitches."

"We recently had an “old school” original 1970’s Cape Cod kitchen fully remodeled including adding a slider. Richard did a great job from planning and design (shout out to Hanna on this), to demo, to install, to finish work. Richard was on time, reliable, and not your typical Cape contractor. Super clean at all times and was able to work with us on various hiccups/unexpected stuff along the way. He explained options and the pros and cons of each possible choice. He never upcharged us (unless we asked for something) and was exactly on budget. Very happy with his work and would definitely recommend. We will likely call on him again for our next project."

"In addition to the kitchen, they also remodeled our bathroom. Marco was sensitive to the fact that we only had one bathroom and made sure we were out the facilities for the minimum time possible. Our bathroom remodel was completed with lightning speed which we really appreciated! The kitchen remodel was also speedy. They worked with our requirements for smaller than usual appliances, finding, and even building, cabinets to fit our small kitchen space. Everyone who worked on our projects were very professional, wearing masks and keeping windows open even in the winter months. We're very happy with our new kitchen and bathroom!"

"Loyd's is a good company. He was excellent. He was awesome. He's polite. You can tell he's got very good help. They cleaned up after themselves. We had to rebuild our staircase, 1 40 year old case, it wasn't in code at all, somebody had done cheap stairs. It was really frightening if you figure out how its set up. He was always on time and his workmen are always very professional. I found it on Angie's List. We were trying to fix the house in different ways. They were just fantastic. They're the best. I would definitely call him."

"Donâ t hesitate just hire them. Worth it had them paint my entire house, showed up on time and worked hard finished before their deadline."

"Joseph did a great job doing some follow up grout and caulking a year after they did our new bathroom. He was careful to match the color of the caulk to our grout color. Did a great job. Would highly recommend them to anyone!!"
