Their technician (who was very nice) came out to assess the situation and determined it was caused by a damaged pilot assembly. After calling around for replacement parts, I was told that the parts were out of stock until later in the week. Despite this, I was still charged $234 for the trip fee and diagnostic fee. I was then quoted $1112 for the repairs to be done once the parts were in. I shared this quote with my normal company and they were appalled! Thankfully they fixed the issue for less than half the price Aire Serv was going to charge me! PLEASE do not use this money-grubbing company, and instead use a local independent company if you need heating work done!"
