"I called Mike late on a Friday and he got back to me first thing Monday morning and was at the house by 8:15 that morning. We had discussed the issue on the phone and he came equipped with everything needed to complete the job. He was knowledgable, professional and personable. "Bad. First, the plumber found the wrong place for the plug and it was not fixed. New plumber was more successful. They recommended a new tank. It was installed improperly and new plumber did it better. They promised to come back and finish installing it, but that was months ago and we are still waiting. They charged us over $150 an hour for the installation. When asked they promised to fix it, but they have not done so. They also promised to install something else but have not done so."
