"Bill Taylor (owner) came out to give me an estimate for what I thought was going to be a roof repair on my *(not too old roof). Unfortunately, the previous roofer did not do the correct thing and I needed a complete new roof. Four Seasons could not have been more professional. From the first call to the last nail they were polite, professional, and helpful. Donna in the office is SO patient, kind, and caring. I was scheduled for a few weeks out, but as the roof got worse they were able to schedule me in. The crew that arrived, headed by Antonio, was exceptionally polite, professional and hard working. They answered ANY (and I had a bunch) questions or concerns I had during the installation. They really worked as a team and the finished product looks great. Clean up was impeccable with them checking-in before saying they were done that I was happy. A few of the crew members mentioned they were with Four Seasons over a decade (a sign of a good, stable business). I highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing. From the first call to the last nail everything was great. More importantly, I am CONFIDENT that they did the RIGHT job and if there are any issues Bill and his team will stand behind their work."

"Several gas lines crossed this apartment-building roof on a mixture of old wood blocks and improvised metal supports. The modified-bitumen membrane underneath had reached the end of its useful life, but the piping could not be pushed aside while the roof was replaced. Some of the wood blocks had also retained moisture and worn shallow depressions into the cap sheet. A licensed plumbing contractor inspected the lines and developed a sequence for raising and supporting them without interrupting service to the whole building. The roofing crew worked in sections beneath the temporary supports, removing the old membrane and replacing damp insulation where the blocks had been sitting. New two-ply modified-bitumen roofing was installed before the pipes were lowered onto broad, nonpenetrating supports. Residents received notice before the brief service interruption needed for the final adjustments. The replacement supports kept metal edges away from the membrane."

""The roof over our gym was unusually sensitive because the interior had tall, open ceilings and climbing walls directly beneath the deck. The existing built-up roof had deteriorated around several old vents, and wet insulation was found near the center drain. Loose material or a dropped fastener could have been difficult to retrieve safely from the climbing structures below. The gym closed only the sections beneath active roofing. Interior safety netting and protective platforms were installed before tear-off began. Most materials were moved by an exterior lift so crews did not carry debris through the customer areas. Removal exposed an acoustical metal deck that remained serviceable except around one abandoned vent. That opening was framed and infilled according to the approved detail. New tapered insulation improved drainage around the remaining curbs, followed by cover board and fully adhered TPO. No fasteners or cuttings were allowed to remain loose on the deck."
