"Mike and his team did an amazing job repairing the roof on my parents' brownstone in Brooklyn. The roof hadn't been replaced in many years, and we were experiencing leaks. They were able to strip the roof down to the beams, repair the foundation (including replacing a few rotted beams), and install a new roof in just three days! "Water started leaking from a bedroom ceiling… Even though the leak was probably coming from the chimney flashing, I knew the roof was old enough for replacement. Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"I originally hired LJ&A to remove some 30+ year old stucco siding and replace with new vinyl siding and fix any rot there might be. The project expanded to include structural repairs. There was a considerable amount of hidden water damage and rot to the building. Lional and his friendly crew expertly advised and corrected all of the issues including re-framing and installing two new windows, repairing a rotted sill plate, and a structural beam. They used quality materials and the workmanship was first rate. While these necessary extra repairs added to the budget, none of it was a surprise. LJ&A's bid was fair and all the added value work they did was outstanding. They didn't try to gloss over major problems or take advantage and inflate the price of the job. This company is communicative, honest, and very professional, best of all they treated us like neighbors. I will use them for all my projects and recommend them."

"This is supposed to be a 4.5 Stars Rating. This job was done on March 11th, 2024 in Levittown, NY 11756. I had 7 double-hung vinyl windows installed. First salesman gets a total rating of 3.5 stars. He gets 5 stars for knowledge. He gets a 4 stars for presentation of the products. The presentation was too long. He spent more than 1 hour. He gets a 5 stars for thorough inspection. He also spent well over an hour for this, but it was necessary. However, he gets a 0 star for pricing options. Even after I repeatedly told him about how expensive window replacement is for this year. He failed to tell me that there exists the FLEX program which could have saved me a ton of money. Second saleswoman or sales manager gets a total rating of 5 stars. After I rejected the first offer for being overpriced, the sales manager came back to present me with the FLEX program. She gets a total rating of 5 stars just for giving me the customer a less expensive option to pay for these windows. She helped me save a ton of money. The installers. The older guy got a total rating of 4.5 stars (0.5 star off for splitting the wooden window frame and not replacing it until I made the request to the inspection manager). The younger guy got a total rating of 5 stars (He did everything perfectly). They arrived 15 minutes earlier than the expected time which was very professional. Even though they were not fluent in English, they worked diligently and responded to all questions and made all the remediation and corrections that I asked. Also, they kept the entire house very clean before and after the job. As of now the entire rating is a 4.5. But time will tell if this rating will stand."
