For cleaning, I prefer to use my own chemicals unless there are allergies, do an initial deep clean and get you on track. For minor repairs, I am able to quote with proper tools. If I don't have them, the customer is responsible for acquiring them. For yard work, I have all my own tools.

He initially quoted a price of about $1100 or so to clean and stain my deck. The final cost came out to be less. Blake was very courteous in all his dealings. He obviously takes his work very seriously. I could see him toiling away on my deck in full-on sun, without taking a break, to finish the work on time. I went with a mahogany stain. The deck now looks beautiful. Walking out on to the deck, the care Blake took in doing his work is apparent. I would strongly recommend him.
