"Jesse did some brick sealing work for me a few years ago and he was the first person I called to look at replacing some siding and window trim on my house. He came to look at the scope of the work I wanted done and quoted me a very fair price. He indicated he could begin in about 2 weeks and that worked well for my schedule. Over 2 days, he removed rotted window trim and a section of siding on my house and replaced it with new siding and trim, custom cut on site to fit the area. He also did some wood trim work repair in another spot and replaced two more trim boards on two separate windows at the front of my home. Finally, he installed a couple of rain gutter valley splash guards for me. He did excellent work and I will call on him again for future projects that I have."

"Paul completed an entire reconstruction of our kitchen with custom cabinets, including wall removal and beam installation. We trusted him with our design, plumbing and electrical issues and he did an excellent job. Not only is he a master at his craft, he construes complete professionalism at all times. The thing that I appreciated most about Paul, was that he showed up. Every single day he was the first one here and the last to leave, along with his son, Justin. Not many general contractors hold themselves to that caliber. If we had any questions, concerns, or changes, they were addressed immediately and efficiently. He helped us think outside the box and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He talked me off many a ledge and even helped me with paint colors. This was a lot of money for us but he made much less stressful than it could have been. I trusted him and his team and I'm so glad I did. 5 stars!"

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

I take pride in my work and not try to sell people stuff that they don't need. If what you need done is not something I can handle I will be up front about it and I have a large network of local contractors that I trust that I can put you in touch with. "This is the BEST company Ever. Jessie the owner was here every day working right along side of the other guys. I hired them because they did not ask form any money upfront. I had gotten estimates for two other Major companies and they both wanted upfront money. The job done is excellent. It was much more than I expected. Jessie made sure everything was perfect. He even did little extra things for me that were not part of the job ( my from door had settled and I could not turn the key, he fixed it for me) . The job only took 4 days to complete. I am sure it would have been less if not for the bad weather. He did this the week of 10/21/19 when we had all the storms. If you are looking for a GREAT contractor for Vinyl Siding you should call Jessie at Affordable Siding & Windows. He and his team are the BEST in my book. When I need windows I will definitely call them."

"Roy came by to provide an estimate on 6/13, and he appeared to be very knowledgeable. We agreed on the work to be done, the price, and the start date.  He mentioned that when customers don't pay, they come back and repossess the screens. At the time I found that to be an odd comment, especially as new customer. The installers came on 6/19 and were unable to complete the job, because Roy made a mistake and wrote the wrong percentage down on the measuring sheets. The installers came back on 6/22 and were unable to complete the job because they forgot one of the screens. The job was completed on 6/23. I received the warranty letter on 7/2.
I am very happy with the solar screens, in that they do keep the house cooler, and look nice. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service, and their mishandling of the install. I sent Roy a text on 6/22 requesting consideration for their mistakes, and if they could toss in 2 additional screens, which would have cost them about $37 each. He did not bother to reply. I called the company line twice and spoke to a guy (didn't catch his name). The first time, he dismissed my concerns, and kept saying "it was an honest mistake".  After the job had been completed, I received a voice mail and called them back, thinking that they were going to offer me a deal. When I called back, I spoke with the same guy, and he asked me about the payment. I told him that I was a man of my word, that unlike them, that I would hold my end of the bargain, and would send payment via check. I then asked him for any consideration due to the company's mishandling of the install, and he started getting rude, and repeating "it was an honest mistake". At one point he told me not to call them back again, to which I replied that the screens have a lifetime warranty, and if I have a problem with them. I would call them. He put Roy on the line, and I asked him if he received my text. He said that he did, and that he referred it to his boss.  As of 8/14, I haven't heard from a company representative.
Unfortunately, I am unable recommend this company. They have a great product, but the sign of a good company is to step up to satisfy the customer when things don't go well.

"This ended up being a 1-day effort by 4-5 men, led by Larry Means (brother of Charles, who did all the contact work).  
They accomplished all of the above from 8:30 AM to about 4 PM including cleanup.
We were pleased that the hot water heater door could be repaired and not replaced - some estimates of replacement of this 24" door (vented) were above $1000.  It was Larry's thinking that made it possible - he has the mind of a handy man - do what can be done rather than grand plans that lift the costs.  Replacing of facia, some flashing and soffit went well - the painted results were great (we had painted 2 sides of the house before recognizing we were in over our heads - we provided the paint for the job as we had some already and the color would match).  Painting and caulking were of the highest order.
The mudded interior wall spot matched the existing texture - nice work.

"Sales rep was friendly, trustworthy and professional. He explained everything in great detail and kept us in the loop as to what to expect. No question felt like a stupid question. From time of contact to job done was 10 days, (delayed due to covid.) Crew cleaned up around the house after they were done and left us with only a new roof and a little sign in our yard. Highly recommend. :)"
