"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Affordable Siding and Windows completed a project on my home in April, 2018, Since that time, I have had one or two issues to come up on different occasions regarding my home and the possible concerns I had with the installation of the siding. Jesse, at my request, came to my home each time to check out those concerns. As it turned out, NONE of those issues had anything to do with the way the vinyl siding was installed. He immediately took care of each problem, whether it was a leak coming from my roof or a door jammed that needed to be repaired. Jesse did the necessary repairs efficiently even though those repairs, again, had nothing to do with the installation of the siding. This man is "God Sent"! He not only did a "PERFECT" job on the installation of the siding, he was willing to come to my home, at my request and check out the problems. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed everything perfectly!! A wonderful, true professional and there aren't enough words to describe Jesse Elizondo except that he is truly a GOOD, HONEST HUMAN BEING!!! Thank you Jesse!"

"Roy came by to provide an estimate on 6/13, and he appeared to be very knowledgeable. We agreed on the work to be done, the price, and the start date.  He mentioned that when customers don't pay, they come back and repossess the screens. At the time I found that to be an odd comment, especially as new customer. The installers came on 6/19 and were unable to complete the job, because Roy made a mistake and wrote the wrong percentage down on the measuring sheets. The installers came back on 6/22 and were unable to complete the job because they forgot one of the screens. The job was completed on 6/23. I received the warranty letter on 7/2.
I am very happy with the solar screens, in that they do keep the house cooler, and look nice. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service, and their mishandling of the install. I sent Roy a text on 6/22 requesting consideration for their mistakes, and if they could toss in 2 additional screens, which would have cost them about $37 each. He did not bother to reply. I called the company line twice and spoke to a guy (didn't catch his name). The first time, he dismissed my concerns, and kept saying "it was an honest mistake".  After the job had been completed, I received a voice mail and called them back, thinking that they were going to offer me a deal. When I called back, I spoke with the same guy, and he asked me about the payment. I told him that I was a man of my word, that unlike them, that I would hold my end of the bargain, and would send payment via check. I then asked him for any consideration due to the company's mishandling of the install, and he started getting rude, and repeating "it was an honest mistake". At one point he told me not to call them back again, to which I replied that the screens have a lifetime warranty, and if I have a problem with them. I would call them. He put Roy on the line, and I asked him if he received my text. He said that he did, and that he referred it to his boss.  As of 8/14, I haven't heard from a company representative.
Unfortunately, I am unable recommend this company. They have a great product, but the sign of a good company is to step up to satisfy the customer when things don't go well.

"I absolutely loved working with this family run company. Charles and Larry came and did the initial quote personally, and gave us plenty of reassurance about their previous work. They as well as their crew were really friendly, and gave a fair price for what we needed done. On the first day of the job, they were on time and professional. All of the floors and furniture were covered, and everything handled with care. Day two was no different. They did a great job, and cleaned up well afterwards. Even when we had a miscommunication about one of the colors, they graciously came to repaint the wall with no questions asked. With a one-year warranty on the job, I have no doubt that they did an excellent job. In the future, I would definitely use them again!
