They removed a wall, completely removed and replaced the cabinets, installed all appliances and replaced the floors throughout the first floor. The work was done professionally and quickly. In addition to the kitchen renovation, they also installed custom, built in shelves and floor to ceiling stacked stone around our fireplace. They were friendly, easy to work with, and answered all our questions. Any concerns were quickly addressed. We love the end result and would absolutely use Rick and his team again."

Having now worked with Raul, I would hire him again in a heartbeat. His labor costs are very reasonable. He demonstrated excellent work ethics. Once the job started, he worked to finish it. There were a few hiccups beyond our control that caused delays and while I freaked out some, he remained calm, flexible, and focused on solutions that kept the work flowing. As the work did progress, I asked for additional upgrades that were not part of the original job estimate. To which he seamlessly agreed to. He also offered a few suggestions which I agreed to and I'm so glad I did. The quality of work is excellent. He was helpful throughout the entire process. "Israel and his team were excellent. Israel is very responsive and his team was skilled and worked quick. We had a washer leak that caused damage to our laminate flooring. We decided to remove all the laminate flooring and tile, about 1000 sq ft, and replace with vinyl it was demoed in two days and the new vinyl and base boards done in another three. We had several change requests throughout the project and Israel and his guys adjusted quickly to what we needed. The workmanship is very good, his availability and communication is better than most contractors I've worked with and all within a reasonable price. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for home renovation work."

"Everything went well, after a late start due to the COVID virus. Original planning and cost quotes by Sunny made it very easy, with her knowledge and experience. From the start, they made sure the dust stayed in the construction area. The workers were pleasant, and the different construction teams worked well together. The demolition, removal of cabinet doors, electrician and drywall work, installation of the new cabinet and countertops was well organized and completed in a timely fashion. We were always kept informed as to when work would be done and what to expect. We are very happy with the outcome, and the kitchen looks fabulous. Glad to have found Schatz Construction."
