"Jim was a pleasure to work with, he came out promptly to give an estimate and work was performed very quickly as we had a leak. Pricing was great and crew arrived on time and completed everything same day. Everything was cleaned up promptly. Very pleased with job and roof looks great. Dont hesitate to give them a call if you need roof repairs/replacement."

"I was contacted quickly and an appointment to inspect the roof was immediately set up. The crew came in a few days and finished the entire project in a single day."

"We were in the market for a new roof. We got a couple of estimates and American Standard wasn't the lowest but very competitive. I'm sure glad we went with them. They kept us in the loop so we always knew what was going on. They were very professional and polite. The workmanship was excellent and great cleanup. We highly recommend them. Definitely a five star company."

"We called Rapid Home improvement about 3 months ago because two of our neighbors had recommended them highly. We didn't think we were going to get the work done this year because it was getting late in the year and there is usually snow, but this year the weather was really mild and it was actually 50+ degrees when they installed the roof.
We have a almost flat roof and it leaks all the time no matter how many times we pay people to fix it. Mike came out and measured and checked out our whole house. It was very thorough. After we talked to him he recommended this Durolast stuff that is like a pool liner, but better and is made totally in Michigan. Long story short, we had no idea this even existed and we really liked that it was made locally. We had a lot of wood replaced because it was rotten and the guys also installed a lot of insulation. We could tell right away that the insulation was working. I'll update this review later after we have a few months of utilities to compare.
Overall, we had a great experience. There were a couple of things that came up that we didn't anticipate, but Mike and the owner Bill handled them really quickly and professionally. It makes sense that this stuff comes up because we don't have an attic to check in and so we had no idea that we basically had no insulation in our roof at all. They gave us a really good price and we couldn't be happier. My husband and I would recommend them to anyone. Their price was good and they are honest. Just love it!

"All in all a good job. Small snags came up and were just handled. Offers were made for small renovations (like a new fireplace/mantle). I will probably hire them in the spring to paint outside AND repair/replace rotted wood! Owner's name is Brandon."

"Chris and crew did a really good job on my roof and met all my expectations. Thy further solved my attic ventilation problems on my 130 yr. old home by installing edge vents and ridge vents. Needless to say I am very happy with the outcome. Additionally they fixed the straps on all my gutters which were improperly intalled."
