"I highly recommend Customer First Contractors LLC for roof repair and replacement. Iâ ve owned several properties over the last 70 years and have had several roof repairs and replacements. From start to finish, Iâ ve never had better and more complete professional service than my experience with Customer First Contractors. After a winter snow storm with high winds that blew off some shingles, they responded to my call (on a weekend) and came out immediately to inspect. They determined areas that needed immediate attention to avoid leakage and performed temporary fix to get through the winter and roof could be replaced in spring, assuming insurance adjuster would agree with roof replacement. Ryan (from Customer First Contractors) met with the adjuster and handled all negotiations and communications with the adjuster and insurance company to have the roof replaced. "The project was very well organized. Bill Mossberg, was the project manager, very friendly and experienced. He answered all of our questions very thoroughly and managed to get our roof done before the cold weather set in! The price was moderate but well worth the money considering how professional and expediently the project was handled. The entire roof was completed with architectural shingles including some major re-decking in 2 days! They also installed about 40 feet of wood trim. Everything was performed quickly and Bill kept us up to date throughout the entire process! I would recommend them to others."
