The other feature that is not fully understood by many is that it is always best to use someone that has only one purpose in mind and that is to get the drain cleaned and inspected and has no reason to up sell you on some repairs or replacement that you don’t need. That why we use them as a plumbing company and recommend them to our valued clients. "Mitch was great but was unable to clear my drain line. He called in Dave with a camera and he said I needed work done in the front yard and they would dig it up and install a new piece of drain and a sleeve. He said they would use like a "claw" and it cuts away everything. They jetted it and that was all along with a sleeve. $2,000 an hour to do the work. Really high priced plus the $500 for drain cleaning. It took them three hours to do the entire job but they sat in trucks for several hours not doing work. I'm happy with the work that was done, but WAY to expensive for the amount of time it took."

"I spoke to his wife first and she was very nice and extremely pleasant. I spoke to Mike later and he was equally nice and pleasant on the phone. I did not Meet Mike nor did I see the work as it was at my rental property, but he was able to clear the clog quickly and was extremely informative and gave me and the renters tips on preventing clogs in the future. Very reasonably priced. I will definitely use Honest Mike's again if I need a plumber."
