They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Aside from the delay in making an appointment, everything went smoothly.  He arrived exactly on time and cleaned up afterwards. One edge of the drywall did  not hit the stud so he worked with  a leftover piece of wood  I had  to fix that problem.  All other materials were provided by them.  The gap on the adjoining wall (between the wall and the garage door) was also covered.  Overall I was very pleased with the work.
