He had the perseverance and all the necessary equipment to do the job as thoroughly as I had hoped. For the most part Brad is a one man show so he is the guy who is there on the job, doing the labor, answering questions and making suggestions. He was approachable and easy to talk to. I like that. For the same reason, the job took a little longer than I might have hoped in the beginning, but the end product is well done and completely satisfactory. Brad is forthright in explaining his costs and rates, and was honest in deducting costs when they turned out to be less than he had anticipated. The actual price of my finished job was slightly less than his original bid. Brad was honest, hard-working, and I am very pleased with my new curb, gutter and sidewalks."
