"Back in 2023 I hired an individual to epoxy my garage floor, offering me a lifetime warranty on the work. The job was not done professionally and the product applied ended up being defective. When I attempted to contact the individual who performed the work, he would not return my phone calls. That's when I contacted Renu Poly and couldn't be happier with the results! The install team, which included the owner, was professional, punctual, and detail-oriented from start to finish. " As I?m sitting in the house I worked my butt off for and love so much, I can?t help but to constantly look at the one thing I wanted in this place, heated concrete floors. As I look, I get so mad because of the work that they did, what they said was a grind and seal, what we gave them another opportunity to fix and they still sucked. I wish they were just upfront and said they didn?t know what they?re doing and maybe then I would understand. This floor scratches if you look at it. I still have dust marks on my wall because the lack of dust collection they used. Every corner is still untouched because they don?t have the right equipment. Stay away. I?ve tried to call their corporate but this is obviously a garage flake franchise that says they know what they?re doing but don?t. Just by typing this after working 16 hours (to hopefully pay someone to redo this one day). The lack off accountability and customer service at this place is unimaginable. "
