"We recently had our windows, doors and siding replaced with Home Genus. From the start (Sales), to the finished product (installation) our experience was phenomenal. Our project manager, AJ Smith, was professional and knowledgeable addressing all questions swiftly. He worked hand and hand with the installation crew manager, Alex, both willing to discuss any concerns and a few after sale changes. The crew was professional and efficient in their trade. We did our due diligence prior to selecting Home Genus and felt pricing was competitive. My husband and I felt valued as customers and would recommend this company to friends and family."

"I have mixed feelings about this job. The company was extremely patient with the scheduling changes I needed to make because of health issues. However, mode of communication was an issue. Kept calling a cellphone, not in regular use, instead of the landline or the preferred e-mail. Installation was timely, as we had the ice storm soon after, it was also a one-man job and I was amazed at the job he did. He was very professional always measuring twice and sometimes more than that before cutting anything, as despite all the measurements done, the inside core of the door frame needed to be trimmed for the unit to fit. Not sure if that is why once it warmed up, first one-side and now the other side, is not a tight as when originally installed. The also is now an issue with the interior frame, the mitered seam at the top of the door has separated. Another issue was this door was supposed to share a key with the front door as both were Schlage locks and can be rekeyed. A copy of the key was provided prior to the job. This did not happen, nor did the copy come back the day of the install, had to wait for it to be mailed to me. The company tried to rectify both problems, the loosening and they key issue, but not happy with their solutions, as one requires me to complete the job, the other is aesthetic... lack of symmetry, no longer smooth frames on both sides . I like the product's overall appearance, and would repeat the business to ensure uniformity, but given the price, I did expected better. Also would not advise using Mosaic, their finance group. I have issues with a company that mails their statement 4-days after the payment is due, even if 12-months same as cash."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

They scrubbed the roof clean! The trim on my home is cream color and I was speechless when I came home from work and saw it looking like new. The sidewalk was so thick in black mold and mildew stains I was ready to tear it up and install a new walk, but after they cleaned and pressure washed the sidewalk it was almost like new.
