Eddie and his team worked well within our budget and his team of installers were very professional, courteous of our time and as well advised us on a few areas of the cosmetic pieces that we had not thought of, they gave us very insightful insight into the pattern of our back splash. Eddie worked with us on extending our middle Island and it is now our favorite area of the kitchen as it has become a center piece for us to talk, prepare, cook and eat with enough room for us to stand and sit while we have our dinners, snacks, etc. . Christopher and his crew of three arrived five minutes before the scheduled time and set immediately to work on our kitchen counter tops.. Christopher confirmed what I had been told previously: stains in the light colored granite are not removable. He also gave me pointers on how to care for the granite in the future and left a bottle of neutral acidity soap.  The crew finished within an hour with the countertop shining like new. Christopher followed up with a telephone call  the next day to assure that we had not found any residual problems and were still pleased with how our counter tops looked. Since the work was done, we are able to clean the granite with plain water. We couldn't be more pleased with the results of Marble Transformerz work. <br />"

"I was referred to this company by another stone dealer who said they had the best stone and were the best fabricators and installers. They only sell and work with soapstone, and have been doing it a long time. They were very helpful, told me about the different types of soapstone in their yard, were very patient in helping me to pick out a slab. <br /> The finished product was absolutely perfect. The installation crew did a beautiful job, even fabricating a small piece on-site so it would fit the space perfectly, and match the veins in the counter top that it 's butted up to. There is not the slightest flaw of any sort in the counter tops; they fit perfectly, and are finished perfectly. The crew was respectful, and cleaned up everything really well, much better than the other crews involved in the kitchen replacement.  <br /> My only less-than-happy part of the experience was that it was a bit difficult to communicate with them regarding work dates. I know they were really busy, and I was really stressed, (no kitchen for 4 months - ugh!), so it probably seemed like a bigger deal than it should have. Nonetheless, I think communication could have been a bit more timely. It was not a deal breaker, for sure, and I would not hesitate to send anyone their way, as the quality of product and craft are superb. <br />"
