"From start to finish First Fence was responsive & clear. They walked the property to discuss what we wanted. Made some suggestions for a better outcome, then sent an agreement with all of the details for us to sign. We paid a deposit in order to secure our time on their schedule, then paid the balance after the fence was installed. They also removed & discarded the old fence. All completed in one day. I really want to give 4.5 stars. A half star off for the length of time it took for them to come back and replace/adjust the gate, as the wood warped and it wouldn’t open. That took a month. All fixed now."

"Atlanta Dog Watch is the company you need to use to install an electric fence. We have hired them twice. They install a fence for us in Alpharetta and the second job at our new house on Lake Lanier. They were able to install the fence the day after we moved in which was perfect. Would not think of using anyone else. Great job Atlanta Dog Watch!"

"Repeat customer, first time they did a wonderful job back in 2017, hired them again in 2022 for a continuation of my fence and was disappointed. Scheduled the install date 1.5 months in advance, took a vacation day in advance so I could be home, and they showed up on the wrong day, called me from work, and I had to ask to leave work early. They never once apologized for making me leave work and wasting a vacation day even though the paperwork showed they were wrong. They didn't clean up any of the scrap pieces they cut off of the vinyl fence install, they left cellophane wrap, candy, and band aid wrappers all around for me to pick up, that my dogs could have choked on. They also never collected any of the 15 softball sized rocks they dug up, just left them in my yard. Customer service was lacking, reached out to the company and still haven't heard back from them in over a week now."

"I am very happy with my fence. It took a few weeks to get the installers out to the site, but once they were there, the installers were very impressive. They put up the fence in one day, working non-stop through a thunderstorm. I don't think much of the crew spoke English, but it wasn't a problem. They did a top notch job. The fence is very well constructed and sturdy. Everyone who comes to visit comments on our fence and says how nice it looks."

"Great came out gave us a bid which was 600.00 dollars cheaper than other contractor who bid on the job.  We got a 12 foot gate and 5 foot gate and 247 ft of 5 ft chain link fence.  Came out and started the day they said the would and completed the day they said they would.  Very pleasant and good to deal with. <br />"

The employees that do the repairs are very nice, prompt, and respectful. Chad and Theo are great! I don't know everyone else's name, but they are great too. Rod, the owner is very hands on and keeps projects moving. The results are quality and up to code. Rod pays attention to detail and makes sure the job is done right. Rod is also knowledgeable about insurance companies and what they need. I would definitely hire this company again and have already referred them to my friends in need of major repairs."
