The quality of the work really shows, and I’m very happy with how everything looks. That said, there were a couple of things that didn’t sit quite right with me. During the project, it was mentioned that removing the old floors took longer than expected, followed by a comment that they wouldn’t charge extra for it. That felt unnecessary, since the timing estimate should have been accounted for upfront. Also, I noticed a few small holes in the bathroom grout. It’s a small space and not a major issue, but something I think could have been tightened up a bit more. Overall, the final result looks great, and I’d still consider them for future projects, but a bit more attention to communication and finishing details would make the experience even better."

I had several other companies come out to evaluate the project, but only James suggested ripping out the current floors because you don t float over floating floors. My condo has strict sound restrictions and unfortunately I had to change the product last minute. James went out of his way to meet me at one of his vendors so I could choose from countless options. Danubio was in charge of the install and he was punctual and very friendly. His team worked efficiently installing the floors and matched the color perfectly when staining the transition pieces.
