On installation day 2 gentlemen arrived in the time frame given. Rodrigo was the lead installer. He went over all the details before starting and then they got to work. They worked diligently and completed the job in a day. The job included taking up and hauling away the old flooring. Also moving the big furniture and put down luxury vinyl plank in a large family room. The floor looks beautiful. Throughout the project our project manager Nora kept in contact to be sure all was going well and that we were pleased. After finished Rodrigo did a walk through with me and we went through a checklist to insure I was satisfied before he left. "Excellent. When Jim came to my home to give an estimate, my wife wasn't even sure of the design. All she knew is that she wanted a multi-level deck. Jim sat down with us and helped my wife design her "Dream Deck". He even suggested ideas that my wife loved but my wallet hated (LOL). In the end we received that deck that my wife loves.
