"Phil remodeled my whole kitchen. He remolded my bathroom into a new full bath. His workmanship is excellent and his idea and design is good. His price is very reasonable. I will definitely hire him again for my next remodel job."

"Flavors did and outstanding job fixed our badly botched tile work in our bathroom. He is very detailed oriented and you would even know he was there when the job is complete. He is very neat and cleans throughout the project. If anyone would like to be completely satisfied hire Flavius Tile. You won't be sorry.."

"Carlos was highly professional, courteous, pleasure to deal with. I selected the color, they managed to partly do the job before I understood that the color was wrong. Carlos has given me good recommendations before the start, I did not follow them and then regretted as a result. I made a decision to repaint with the recommended paint, was glad I did that. Carlos was polite and very quickly did the repainting without any aggravations. Also, a small tile job in the bathrooms was done - tile strips one tile wide was put on both sides of the tubs in both bathrooms. It was well done. Carlos came with sufficient number of people in the team so they managed to complete the job in 3 days. I am very satisfied with the job he has done. As to the pricing, he is on the level of other painters I called. I put "B" above because a little lower pricing would be nicer."

"Aside from the plumber in the complete house renovation it went very well; Plumber delayed project by a month; He will not be rehired"

"Vinny was so great to work with we initially hired him for the garage extension and liked his work and his work ethic so much hired him for 2 bathrooms after that. He is very detailed oriented and it’s wonderful that he is on site everyday. Very easy to communicate with him throughout the projects. Definitely highly recommend!"

"They replaced some tile flooring with beautiful new laminate. It looks amazing. Love their work. Will certainly use them for all my household needs. Highly recommend."

"Rich's approach on engaging our project is how a general contractor should function in the 21st century. Total price transparency, line item granularity, timeliness and honesty about possible complications. We wanted to remodel our kitchen and as part of that we needed a wall to be partially removed and plastered, leaving enough height for a countertop. Rich stopped by, evaluated our intention, provided honest feedback on possible complications, suggested ways to save money and then sent us a very detailed quote for each component of the work. This enabled us to pick and choose exactly what we wanted to get done at the price point that we had budgeted for. During the work, some parts turned out to be more complicated than initially estimated, however Rich was generous enough to just take care of it and even throw in an in-wall shelf removal and plastering. The quality of work was outstanding, as well as the timing of scheduling and arrival. He even offered to leave the bagster bag for longer in case we had extra debris from our project once his work was done. All in all, we were left with a great impression of the work done and would not hesitate to contact him again for any future work."

"I needed a complete bathroom renovation and remodel and could not be happier with the result. Chris is very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. If something doesn't work he will tell you and offer alternatives. 10/10 would recommend and hire again."

"I hired Marco Polo Construction to update and renovate my condo in the Back Bay. This included a full kitchen remodel, bathroom update, refinishing floors, and painting the entire condo. I have nothing but positive things to say about the contractors - they were friendly, professional, kept the place clean, and very responsive to my requests. The workmanship was exceptional. The only downside was that the project took far longer than originally quoted."

"Urbano Painting was great to work with from start to finish. The customer service was excellent. Jo was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Pricing was competitive to other quotes I received. The project was to remove wallpaper and paint from walls, trim, and doors in the majority of the house. The team was able to get started right away. Clayton and the team on site were prompt and respectful of my home. They worked hard long days and got everything done in record time. I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend Urbano Painting. Thanks for making my home beautiful!"
