I had spent a few weeks chasing down a contractor who had previously agreed to do the work. Their crew was extremely professional, always left the job site clean at the end of the day. They also did an amazing job grading the slope of the hill so that we can pull up our car easily. The pavers were laid with extreme care and additional measures like adding some cement around the sides were done to keep them from shifting over time. "After meeting with a number of other contractors for our project, we decided to hire MD Construction. We hired MD Construction to replace the failing retaining wall in our driveway as well as installing steps to a paved pathway that leads to our yard. We met with Miguel (the owner of the MD Construction) and he is very knowledgeable with the process and materials involved. They gave us a great price and provided us with a copy of their insurance and NJ contractor’s license. When they started the work, we had very bad rainstorms the entire week, which made their job even harder.
